Special Presidential Envoy for the Global Coalition to Counter ISIL, General (R) John Allen visited Turkey on 19th November and met with Foreign Ministry Undersecretary Ambassador Feridun Sinirlioğlu to discuss the situation in Syria and Iraq. General Allen left Ankara the same day for Brussels.
