No: 114, 20 April 2018, Press Release Regarding the Participation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs in the High-Level Meeting of the United Nations General Assembly
H.E. Mr. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey will visit New York to attend the High-level Meeting on Peacebuilding and Sustaining Peace, to be held on 24-25 April 2018 at the United Nations’ Headquarters.
Foreign Minister Çavuşoğlu will address the UN General Assembly regarding Turkey’s contributions and approach to the UN’s efforts on peacebuilding and sustaining peace.
Foreign Minister Çavuşoğlu will meet with the UN Secretary-General H.E. Mr. Antonio Guterres and will also hold bilateral meetings with his counterparts at the margins of the Meeting.
During his visit, Foreign Minister will also get together with representatives of the Turkish and American media outlets.
